superfood gravy

(this is not click bate). You get your gravy + fries + alllll the benefits: immune support, increased blood flow, hormone balancing, energy, iron, minerals -  and it tastes good—currently eating it with a spoon.

ingredients:
1/2 cup cashews (soaking for 1-2 hrs)
2 cups boiling water (separated in 2)
2 tbl coconut aminos / soy sauce
1 tbl almond flour / any flour
1/2 tsp salt (I used pink Himalayan for extra mineral love)
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chaga mushroom powder
1/2 tsp power potion
1/4 tsp black pepper 

method:

  1. put 1 cup of water aside.

  2. blend everything else in vitamix until smooth.

  3. add mixture and 1 cup remaining boiling water to pot on low-med heat.

  4. stir continuously! Bubbles will appear-this is good! Keep stirring and cooking until desired thickness appears. It will happen quickly so don’t stop stirring!!

  5. adjust seasoning and add to everything in your house or just eat with a spoon .
