Cardamom Hibiscus Iced Latte

hello summer season! i’ll take two please.

serves: 1

recipe: 

1 cup of hibiscus tea 

1 cup of plant based milk 

1 tsp of cardamom 

1 tsp of ashwagandha 

1 tsp of tremella 

Optional : 1 tbsp of honey for some sweetness 

method:

1. steep 1 tbsp of dried hibiscus in 1 cup of cold water overnight 

2. combine all ingredients in blender and pulse until frothy 

3. pour over ice 

4. garnish with dried hibiscus
